Approximately 10,000 families will benefit from the introduction of health insurance

“Health insurance is what is going to allow these people access to care and have a healthy life”, says Her Royal Highness Princess Máxima of The Netherlands in the film after launching the Health Insurance Fund program in Tanzania. The people she refers to are the small business entrepreneurs and their families receiving loans from the micro-credit organisation PRIDE. Approximately 10,000 families will benefit from the introduction of health insurance. IN THIS FILM we portray three PRIDE families and we witness the launch by the Princess in her role as the UN Secretary General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development.
